Monthly Reports A.7 of Solicitation The first two months of reports will be due the last business day of the 3rd month after the contract start date. Deliverable Schedule. Any Deliverables and their associated schedules will be set forth in the relevant Proposal or SOW. LRS agrees to start the project on the agreed-upon project start date. LRS reserves the right to adjust the Deliverable schedule based on Customer staff unavailability, delays in Customer’s performance of its duties and obligations or due to scope changes.
Deliverable Schedule. Consultant Shall Provide:  Project Schedule and Project Schedule updates upon request of APM. Task 2 Corridor Strategic Communication Each element in Task 2 should focus on the Corridor as a whole while being inclusive and mindful of the work and projects within the Corridor. Strategic Communication tasks must provide the overarching strategy, messaging and approach to outreach in the Corridor throughout the lifespan of the contract. The direction and messaging developed in Task 2 should inform and be incorporated into each project’s Public Involvement Plan (Task 3.1.2). The Consultant is responsible for proactively, creatively and effectively developing methodologies and strategies for Corridor outreach and key Corridor messaging, including, but not limited to, engaging diverse communities and modal users, local businesses, tourists and tourism stakeholders, and community stakeholders. The Consultant shall develop a Corridor Strategic Outreach Plan that anticipates key public concerns, issues and questions and develops methodologies and strategies to effectively respond to each one. Consultant shall implement a comprehensive outreach and education initiative to distribute public materials and outreach activities that will result in informed travelers and tourists within the Corridor.
