Delivery Service. Regularly scheduled output delivery service will not be considered a part of the Production Controllers’ duties and responsibilities.

Delivery Service. The Cooperative shall provide Delivery Service pursuant to the Cooperative’s Tariff. In the event the terms of this Agreement conflict with those of the Tariff, the terms of the Tariff shall govern. The Cooperative shall meter each Member in accordance with its Tariff provisions. In the event that the loading of the Delivery System, or a portion thereof, must be reduced for safe and reliable operation, such reduction in loading shall be allocated among all Members whose load contributes to the need for the reduction, in accordance with good utility practice. In the event of outages, service will be restored in accordance with good utility practice. The Cooperative shall not be liable for any revenue losses to the Supplier as a result of any such curtailments or outages. The Cooperative may discontinue Delivery Service to a Member in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Tariff and NHPUC regulations. The Cooperative shall provide electronic notification, as required by NHPUC regulations to the Member’s Supplier of record upon final billing to the Member. Once disconnection occurs, the provision of Energy Service to the Member is no longer the obligation of the Supplier. The Cooperative shall not be liable for any revenue losses to the Supplier as a result of any such disconnection.

Delivery Service. The delivery or service of a grievance or appeals or answers to a grievance are deemed received upon hand-delivery or other mutually agreed upon procedure, e.g. fax transmission, or email, with verification. Service to the Union shall be to the grievant and the local Union representative. Reasonable time spent during regular work hours in delivery and service of grievances by a Union representative shall be compensated at his/her regular hourly rate, and shall be kept to the minimal time necessary.

Delivery Service. (Check Here X if not applicable.) We shall have the right to prescribe from time to time the boundaries beyond which the Store may not offer delivery service, if applicable. If you are assigned a delivery and service area, you further understand that in revising these boundaries we may in our discretion make adjustments to the size of your delivery and service area to account for, among other things, changing market conditions, population changes and other relevant considerations, including but not limited to the reasons contained in Section 4.3. You further agree that the Store will at all times during approved hours of operation offer delivery service to all customers located within your delivery and service area; provided, however, you are not required to offer delivery service in areas which might present a danger to you or your employees. However, you will remain solely responsible for investigating and reviewing periodically, but not less than annually, any decisions by you to limit your delivery area for safety reasons, subject to procedures and standards we may prescribe from time to time, and for obtaining and maintaining information that supports your decisions to limit delivery service. You understand and agree that you may not change the boundaries of your delivery and service area without our prior written consent. When making deliveries, you and your employees must strictly comply with all laws, regulations and rules of the road and due care and caution in the operation of delivery vehicles.
Delivery Service. 6.1 SOUTHERN PPD takes delivery of The DG Operator Generation at the Point of Interconnection.
Delivery Service. WMRE shall enter into one or more agreements with the Interconnection Provider and BPA to deliver Energy to City Light at the Delivery Point. WMRE shall be solely responsible for negotiating and maintaining such transmission, distribution, delivery, interconnection and integration agreements during the Term of this Agreement. This Agreement does not provide for such interconnection, integration and transmission service charges. WMRE shall arrange for delivery services from the Interconnection Provider to the Delivery Point during the Term at its expense and shall be responsible for arranging any Interconnection and Integration services with the Interconnection Provider and BPA during the Term.
Delivery Service. The Company agrees to deliver the electricity exported by the Generator Facility to the SOS Administrator, as set forth in the executed CREF Contract with a Subscriber Organization that owns the right to the exported electricity from the CREF.
