Drawings and Data. The Company normally supplies all necessary data for the proper installation, test, operation and maintenance of its Equipment. Portions of this data are proprietary in nature and will be so marked. The Distributor agrees to abide by the terms of such markings and to be liable for all loss or damage incurred by the Company as a result of the improper or unauthorized use of such data. The Company retains for itself all proprietary rights in and to all designs, engineering details, and other data pertaining to any Equipment specified in the contract and to all discoveries inventions, patent rights, etc., arising out of work done in connection with the contract and to any and all Equipment developed as a result thereof, including the sole right to manufacture any and all such products. The Distributor shall not contact the Company's suppliers, or any other person, for the purpose of manufacture.
Drawings and Data. Timely performance by Seller is contingent upon Buyer’s supplying to Seller, when needed, all required technical information, including drawing approval, and all required commercial documentation. All drawings furnished by Seller to Purchaser are proprietary and remain the exclusive property of Seller, and are to be used by Buyer only for the purpose of operating and maintaining the products, and not for the manufacture of duplicate or similar requirement or parts by others.
Drawings and Data. Seller must strictly adhere to Buyer’s drawings, specifications, or other data provided by Buyer. Deviations are not allowed unless advance written approval is provided by Buyer. If this Order requires the submission of drawings or other data for approval by Buyer or Buyer’s designee, Seller shall submit same to Buyer on or before the time specified by the Order (or if no time is specified, as soon as possible prior to shipment). All drawings or data are subject to approval by Buyer or Buyer’s designee unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Buyer. Buyer will not reimburse Seller for any additional expense incurred by Seller as a result of proceeding with its performance prior to such approval being granted. Drawings and Data. Vendor shall keep confidential all information, drawings, specifications, and data furnished by CEI or prepared by Vendor in connection with the performance of this Order, and shall not divulge or use such information, drawings, specification, or data for the benefit of any other party or itself except to the extent necessary to perform this Order. All such information, drawings, specifications, and data shall be returned to CEI upon CEI’s demand or upon termination of the parties’ relationship.

Seller shall keep confidential all information, drawings, specifications, or data furnished by Xxxxx, or prepared by Seller specifically in connection with the performance of this order, and shall not divulge or use such information, drawings, specifications or data for the benefit of any other party. Except as required for the efficient performance of this order, Seller shall not make copies or permit copies to be made without the prior written consent of Buyer. Seller shall not use, either directly or indirectly, any such data or any information derived therefrom for any purpose other than to perform this order without obtaining Buyer’s written consent.
Drawings and Data. All drawings, data, designs, engineering instructions, models, specifications, or other technical information, written, oral or otherwise, supplied by or in behalf of Buyer or prepared by Seller specifically in connection with performance of this order (hereinafter designated “information”) shall be and remain the property the Buyer. Seller shall not use or disclose such information except in the performance of orders for Xxxxx and upon Xxxxx’s request; such information and all copies thereof shall be returned to Buyer. Where such information is furnished to Seller’s suppliers for procurement of supplies by Seller for use in the performance of Buyer’s orders, Seller shall insert the substances of this provision in its orders.
Drawings and Data. All drawings, data, designs, engineering instructions, models, specifications or other technical information, written, oral or otherwise, supplied by or on behalf of Buyer specifically in connection with performance of this Order and all information obtained therefrom or as a result thereof shall be and remain the property of Buyer.
Drawings and Data. Unless otherwise specified in this Contract, the following provisions will apply:

With respect to articles for which any technical information, written, oral or otherwise, i) has been supplied to Seller by or on behalf of Buyer; or ii) Seller has designed at Buyer’s expense; or iii) Seller has designed specifically to meet Buyer-furnished technical requirements (hereinafter designated "Information"), Seller, in consideration of Buyer’s furnishing of such information and/or design funding, agrees that it will not use, or assist others in using, such information, design funding or tooling to develop (including obtaining a Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) pursuant to Part 21.303 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) or sell such articles (or similar interchangeable or substitute articles, or parts thereof) to anyone other than Buyer, either as production, spare or repaired articles, without Buyer’s prior written consent, except as provided in Paragraph C. below. Seller shall not use or disclose such information except in the performance of orders for Buyer, and, upon Xxxxx’s request, such information and all copies thereof shall be returned to Buyer. If Xxxxxx develops, seeks a PMA or sells the articles hereunder, or assists others in doing so, (or similar interchangeable or substitute articles, or parts thereof) to anyone other than Buyer, the burden shall be on Seller to establish that Buyer’s Information, funding or tooling was not used.
Drawings and Data. Within two weeks of placement of order/letter of intent contractor shall furnish the following data in triplicate for approval by Architect/Consultant/Owner. General arrangement drawing of the equipment on orders showing plan, elevations, and sectional views, mounting details. Xxxx of materials. Descriptive catalogues, characteristic curves, duty point efficiency factor and technical particulars of all the various equipments offered.
