DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. Any drawings and technical documents submitted by Scan Coin to the purchaser prior or subsequent to the formation of the contract remain the exclusive property of Scan Coin. They may not, without Scan Coin's prior written approval, be utilized by the purchaser or copied, reproduced, transmitted or otherwise communicated to a third party.

DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. When PURCHASER requests to approve drawings before commencement of manufacture, shipment may be delayed if approved drawings are not returned to SELLER within fourteen (14) days of receipt by PURCHASER of such drawings for approval. SELLER will furnish only general arrangement, general assembly, and if required, wiring diagrams, erection drawings, installation and operation- maintenance manuals for SELLER’s equipment (in English language). SELLER will supply six (6) complete sets of drawings and operating instructions. Additional sets will be paid for by PURCHASER. Electronic files, if requested from SELLER, will be provided in pdf, jpg or tif format only.
DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. 6.1 All technical data, such as specifications, drawings, dimensions, shapes and sizes of the Products, included in the documentation submitted to the Purchaser by Escuder which is not incorporated or attached to the Confirmation, to the Escuder Offer or to these General Conditions of Sale, shall be considered as no­binding approximate indications only, unless expressly confirmed as binding by Escuder.

All drawings and technical documentation, relating to the goods or their manufacture, testing, installation or commissioning submitted by Arctia, prior or subsequent to the formation of the Contract shall remain the property of Arctia and shall not, without the written consent of Arctia, be used for any other purpose than that for which they were provided. They may not, without the consent of Arctia, otherwise be used or copied, reproduced, transmitted or communicated to a third party (except to the end customer of the goods as disclosed by the Buyer and agreed to in the Contract) or be used for the manufacture, design or any other unauthorised purpose, unless expressly accepted by Arctia.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
