Environmental Safety. The Lessor warrants that the Leased Premises comply with any and all federal and state environmental regulations. During the term of this Lease, the Lessor agrees to maintain the Leased Premises consistent with these regulations. Should an environmental hazard which threatens the life, health or safety of Lessee's employees and/or the public be discovered, the Lessee may terminate this Lease in accordance with Paragraph 20.
Environmental Safety. (a) With respect to Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises, Tenant shall not violate any federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation relating to industrial hygiene or to the environmental conditions on, under or about the Building or the Premises, including, but not limited to, soil and groundwater condition, and Tenant shall not use, generate, manufacture, store or dispose of on, under or about the Building or the Premises, or transport to or from the Building or the Premises, any flammable explosives, radioactive materials, hazardous wastes, toxic substances or related materials ("Hazardous Materials"). For the purpose of this Article 54, Hazardous Materials shall include (but not limited to) substance defined as "hazardous substances," as "hazardous materials," or as "toxic substances" in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, 42 U.S.C.(S)9801, et seq., the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, 49 U.S.C.(S)1801, et. seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C.(S)6901 et seq.; and substances defined as "hazardous wastes" in California Health & Safety Code (S)25117 or as "hazardous substances" in California Health & Safety Code (S)26316; and substances so defined in the regulations adopted and publications promuigated pursuant to said laws.

Environmental Safety. 4.1 While performing work at Naval Station Xxxxxxx, comply with all local requirements as outlined in Attachment J-9 (NAVSTA Hazardous Waste Management Plan).
Environmental Safety. Lessor warrants that the premises have undergone, if required, an environmental study the results of which show that the premises comply with any and all state environmental regulations. Alternatively, by accepting possession of the leased premises without a complete environmental study, Lessee waives all claims associated with any environmental hazard which threatens the life, health or safety of Xxxxxx’s business interests or employees. Lessor shall disclose any and all known or suspected hazards that result from any environmental study to Lessee prior to Lessee taking possession of the Leased Premises. Lessor shall not be held liable, in any cause of action, for hazardous conditions Lessor was not aware of, after due diligence, at the time of transfer of the Leased Premises to Lessee.
