Final Construction Drawings. Once Tenant has approved (or is deemed to have approved) the Landlord’s Preliminary Construction Drawings, Landlord shall issue final construction drawings (the “Landlord’s Final Construction Drawings”). Within ten (10) days after Xxxxxx’s receipt of the Landlord’s Final Construction Drawings, Tenant shall either approve or disapprove the same in writing (provided, however, that Tenant shall only have the right to disapprove the same to the extent that they are inconsistent with the Landlord’s Preliminary Construction Drawings).
Final Construction Drawings. Landlord shall contract with F. Greek Development (the “Greek”), to prepare plans and specifications for the construction of the Building and the development of the interior of the Leased Premises (“Project”) as shown in the Site Plan and the Outline Specifications attached to the Lease as Schedule B (collectively the “Preliminary Plans”). Landlord will agree to cause Greek to incorporate the items of the Preliminary Plans into a set of construction drawings (“Construction Drawings”) for the Building. Landlord shall deliver the Construction Drawings to Tenant on or before three (3) months from the date of this Lease (“Plan Delivery Date”). Within five (5) Business Days of its receipt of the Construction Drawings, Tenant shall either (i) approve the Construction Drawings, (ii) provide comments to the Construction Drawings specifying how they are incomplete and/or inconsistent with the Preliminary Plans, or (iii) elect to revise the Preliminary Plans to better suit Tenant’s needs or to reduce the cost of the Improvements, in any such event by written notice to Landlord. If Tenant elects option (ii), Landlord shall make revisions to the Construction Drawings. Upon completion of the changes, Landlord shall resubmit the drawings to Tenant for review and Tenant shall again have five (5) Business Days for review and comment. If Tenant elects option (ii) or (iii), (A) Landlord and Greek shall review the changes requested and Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of any change in the cost of the Project within five (5) Business Days, and any extension of the Estimated Delivery Date which results from Tenant’s request for changes (Tenant acknowledges that the latter shall constitute a component of Tenant Delays), and (B) Tenant shall confirm its requested changes with Landlord within five (5) Business Days following Tenant’s receipt of the estimated change in the cost of work and any extension of the Estimated Delivery Date (a failure to confirm such changes within the time period herein specified shall be deemed a Tenant withdrawal of such request). If Tenant confirms the changes as provided herein, Landlord shall promptly deliver to Tenant the revised Construction Drawings incorporating Tenant’s requested changes. If Landlord fails to deliver the Construction Drawings to Tenant on or before the Plan Delivery Date, or revised Construction Drawings pursuant to options (ii) or (iii) above within the times provided above, Tenant’s obligation to respond thereto shall...
Final Construction Drawings. The Developer shall cause the Final Construction Drawings to Logically Evolve from the approved Concept Drawings and Schematic Drawings. The Developer shall cause the Final Construction Drawings to provide all the detailed information necessary to obtain a building permit to build the Improvements, including complete building, mechanical systems, site, landscape, exterior signage and construction details, requirements, standards, and plans and specifications.

Landlord shall advise Tenant, in writing, within ten (10) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Final Construction Drawings for the Tenant Work if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect (and specify in such written notice the unsatisfactory items). If Landlord so advises Tenant, Tenant shall promptly revise the Final Construction Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith. Final Construction Drawings. Tenant, the Architect and the Engineers shall complete the architectural and engineering documents for the Expansion Space, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Construction Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, which shall not be withheld except in the case of a Design Problem. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Construction Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within ten (10) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Construction Drawings for the Expansion Space if the same is incomplete in any material respect or if a Design Problem exists. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall immediately revise the Final Construction Drawings to cause them to be complete and to eliminate any Design Problem. If Landlord fails to respond to the Final Construction Drawings within the ten (10) business day period set forth above, Tenant may send Landlord a notice of setting forth such failure.
