Friday and Saturday. All guests must have vacated The Club by this time, allowing the caterer and/or host/hostess to clean up and close the facility. Rental Premises: Only The Club and the exterior patio/deck are to be utilized by the Reserving Party during the private function. THE EXERCISE FACILITY OR THE LOWER LEVEL MAY NOT BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLUB. IF THE POOL IS TO BE UTILIZED, SPECIAL LIFEGUARD ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE COORDINATED WITH KENTUCKIANA POOL MANAGEMENT, INC. The Club Furniture: The furniture may not be moved unless arrangements have been made through the Woodmont Community Association and an agreement for additional fees and liability has been established.
Friday and Saturday. For the safety of lessee and roommates, lessee is required to lock the apartment. Xxxxxx agrees not to store items other than bikes and working motor vehicles anywhere outside on the apartment premises such as in the walkways, in the front door entries or in the parking lot. Any items stored outside will be thrown away. Lessee agrees not to repair motor vehicles or change oil in the parking lot. Lessee agrees to remove any motor vehicles that are not operational from parking lot within 48 hours.

The Town will charge a pro-rated rental fee for any Event that occurs outside of the hourly limit within the rental period. Friday and Saturday. In those limited instances when sporting Events must continue past 11 p.m., all efforts will be made to minimize noise and lighting impacts on Neighborhoods. Peregrine will use its best efforts, and Peregrine will contractually require Event producers to use their best efforts, to remove all staging, fixtures and other materials related to use in Events prior to 2 a.m., the morning following the Event. Unless otherwise necessitated by Events scheduling considerations, all interior clean-up activities within the Stadium will be conducted during normal working hours. All post-Event clean-up activities will be conducted in a manner to minimize adverse noise and lighting impacts on the Neighborhoods. Peregrine will use its best efforts to cause trucks arriving at and departing from the Stadium to, where possible, use non-residential arterial streets to access the freeway system so as to diminish potential noise in residential areas. All post-Event clean-up activities and stage and equipment demobilization will be conducted with respect to noise and minimal necessary lighting levels. Unless a safety issue, the lighting will be turned off by 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, or 10:30 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, or within 30 minutes after the conclusion of an Event. Peregrine will establish methods of communication with the Neighborhood Associations and the owners of property immediately adjacent to the Stadium to notify the same of required ingress and egress activities relating to Events at the Stadium, where such work is likely to create any significant adverse impacts on adjacent properties.
