Legal Picket Line. Refusal to cross a legally established picket line shall not constitute cause for discipline or dismissal. An Employee who refuses to cross a legally established picket line shall be considered to be absent without pay.

Legal Picket Line. Refusal to cross or to work behind a picket line that is legally established pursuant to the Labour Relations Code of B.C. shall not constitute cause for discipline or dismissal. An employee who refuses to cross or work behind a picket line pursuant to this Article shall be considered to be absent without pay.
Legal Picket Line. During the term of this collective agreement, the Union agrees that there will be no strike and the employer agrees that there will be no lock out. Subject to directives issued under provincial labour statutes, if an employee refuses to cross a legal picket line, the employee will be considered absent without pay and it will not be considered a violation of this agreement nor will it be grounds for disciplinary action.
