Notice of Union Representative Visits. The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.

The personnel file shall not be made public or be. shown to any other individual without the employee’s written consent, except in the proper operation of the Employer’s business (including the provision of employment references to other employers) for purposes of the proper of this agreement.
