LOSS OR THEFT OF THE CARD. 12.1 The cardholder undertakes to exercise the utmost care to prevent the card from being lost or stolen. However, in case of the card being lost or stolen, the cardholder should immediately inform the bank - by Hotline number (Tel 000-000 0000) - by a member of his family - by calling personally at any Service Unit - or by all accepted means of communications and to be confirmed in writing.

LOSS OR THEFT OF THE CARD. 6.1. The Cardholder shall during the opening hours of Bank One Card Centre report any loss, theft or suspected abstraction of his Card, even by a member of the Cardholder’s family, by calling personally at the Bank with his identity card. Alternatively, such report may be made by any means of communication such as telephone or fax, but shall be confirmed in writing as evidence of such notifications.

LOSS OR THEFT OF THE CARD. 4.1 If the NOC E- CARD is lost or stolen the Client must notify the Company immediately by telephone and such notification must be confirmed in writing within 48 (forty eight) hours of such loss or theft. The Client shall remain liable for any unauthorized use of the NOC E- CARD until 48 (forty eight) hours after receipt by the Company of the written notification from the Client. To this extent, the Client indemnifies the Company in respect of all claims made against the Company and all claims, costs, expenses suffered or incurred by the Company arising from the theft, loss, or misuse of a NOC E- CARD whether fraudulent or not, which occurs before receipt of the notification as stated above or as a result of any fraud, willful negligence or breach of any of these conditions of use by the Client or User.
LOSS OR THEFT OF THE CARD. (S) In case of loss or theft of one or more CARD(S), the client shall be obligated to immediately notify such fact to TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C. by telephone (during the business hours of TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C.) or by fax. Total Ethiopia SC will block the card accordingly. However, the Client shall remain liable, for any transactions made by means of the lost or stolen CARD(S). If a lost or stolen CARD is found, the CLIENT may not use it without making a request to that effect in writing and securing the approval of TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C.
LOSS OR THEFT OF THE CARD. (S) In case of loss or theft of one or more CARD(S), the client shall be obligated to immediately notify such fact to TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C. by telephone (during the business hours of TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C.) or by fax, subject to written confirmation within the next 48 hours. However, the client shall remain liable, during the 48 business hours following the notice, for any transactions made by means of the lost or stolen CARD(S). If a lost or stolen CARD is found, the CLIENT may not use it without making a request to that effect in writing and securing the approval of TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C.. Should the CLIENT fail to inform TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C. or inform it past said 48 hours, the CLIENT shall remain liable, and TOTAL ETHIOPIA S.C. shall be released from any liability subsequent to the loss and/or theft of the CARDS.
