Monitoring & Reporting. 19.1. Customer shall implement logging and monitoring measures for security-related events.
Monitoring & Reporting a) CP will prepare a monthly stewardship report that will track the performance metrics stated in Section 1 of this Exhibit. In addition, upon reasonable request by either party, the parties will meet on a regular basis to discuss the stewardship report and its associated performance metrics.

Each local council will provide the DfC with monthly progress reports regarding the number of: surveys completed; the number of self referral surveys completed; and numbers and details of referrals to other schemes or services. As part of the Services, Provider shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures necessary to measure its performance of the Services against the Service Levels. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.2, Provider shall provide Recipient, or its auditors, with information and documentation regarding the measurement and monitoring tools necessary to verify compliance by Provider with the Service Levels, and shall provide Recipient, or its auditors, with such access to the measurement and monitoring tools as is necessary to conduct such analysis. Provider shall deliver to Recipient, on a Calendar Quarter and annual basis, reports regarding Provider’s ongoing performance under the Service Levels and the Service Credits granted or due to Recipient.

Report will need to answer this question 'what difference has the funding made?' FEES The agreed fee is £2000 (incl VAT) for the period of the agreement. After this period the project will be reviewed with the possibility to extend for another 12 months. How will we know we have made a difference? When families who have been supported tell us that they feel more supported and are aware of where to go to for help. This will be achieved by monitoring reporting from service providers and conducting surveys/focus groups with those who have accessed support.

Accountability, and Evaluation Stakeholders and regulatory authorities will observe the project as it moves forward, and information exchanged as part of it will assist EPA in tracking environmental performance under the project. In addition, the reporting requirements outlined in Section II.F will provide a further mechanism to ensure project accountability. International Paper agrees to report compliance with the Phase 1 limits to the Collaborative Process Team on a monthly basis and to provide biannual summaries for the estimated four-year duration of the project to the Project Signatories and interested stakeholders. Additionally as part of the technical assessment performed by the Technical Assessment Subgroup, IP agrees to identify effluent improvement projects, estimate their potential pollutant reduction, project costs, and their time frame for construction and full implementation. Also as part of this XL project, IP agrees to monitor its wastewater pollutant loadings (production normalized and total) in order to evaluate pollutant contributions (for the technical evaluation) as well as evaluate success of each implemented effluent reduction project. See Section II.F for further detail. The Collaborative Process Team will recommend monitoring requirements to evaluate success of this project.
