Monitoring & Reporting a) CP will prepare a monthly stewardship report that will track the performance metrics stated in Section 1 of this Exhibit. In addition, upon reasonable request by either party, the parties will meet on a regular basis to discuss the stewardship report and its associated performance metrics.

Also as part of this XL project, IP agrees to monitor its wastewater pollutant loadings (production normalized and total) in order to evaluate pollutant contributions (for the technical evaluation) as well as evaluate success of each implemented effluent reduction project. See Section II.F for further detail. The Collaborative Process Team will recommend monitoring requirements to evaluate success of this project.
