NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES. 9.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee that will consist of six (6) Union members and UNITE HERE Local 75 Business Representative and will recognize and deal with the said Committee with respect to any matter which properly arises from time to time during the term of this Agreement, and the said Committee will co-operate with the Employer in the administration of the Agreement.
NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES. The Union will be entitled to select a negotiating committee of no more than three persons and not less than two (2) persons. The Union will advise the Employer of the names of the members of this committee at the time it gives notice to bargain to the Employer. The Employer will select a negotiating committee of not more than three persons and not less than two persons. The Employer will notify the Union of the names on this committee within five (5) business days of the Union’s notice to bargain.
NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES. 10.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee and full-time Union Representative of the Local Union, and will recognize and deal with the said Committee with respect to any matter which properly arises from time to time during the term of this Agreement, and the said Committee will co-operate with the Employer in the administration of the Agreement.
NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES a) The Company agrees that a Negotiating Committee, not to exceed four (4) employees in number, selected by the Union, shall be recognized as the authorized negotiation representatives of the Union. Union shall supply the Company with names of the employees constituting the Negotiating Committee and shall informthe Company two (2) days prior to the meeting of any changes in the personnel of the said Committee. The Company shall deal with the said Cornmittee with respect to proposals for modification of the Agreement as outlined in Article Accredited officials of the Local may participate in such negotiations.
NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES. 9.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee of not more than eight (8) employees. Committee members shall not suffer any loss of regular hourly wages or contributions to both the Health & Welfare Trust and the Pension Trust for those hours, for scheduled meetings between parties for the negotiation of the Collective Agreement. "Scheduled meetings" include reasonable caucus time for the Negotiating Committee. A "scheduled meeting" requires meaningful face-to-face discussion of issues on the "scheduled meeting" date. There will be no compensation for time spent outside of regular working hours, nor will hours under this provision attract overtime pay. One gratuity earning member of the Negotiating Committee will be compensated for time spent in negotiating with the Employer at the lowest non-gratuity rate in force at the time the next negotiations occur, to a maximum of five (5) days.

NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES. The Negotiating Committee for the Board and the Negotiating Committee for the Local Teacher Bargaining Unit (LTBU) shall be recognized in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act and Part X.1 of the Education Act.
NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES. Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the negotiating representatives of the other party. The parties mutually pledge that their representatives shall be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make proposals, consider proposals, and make counter- proposals in the course of negotiations.
