Number of Paid Holidays. Unless otherwise specified in an Appendix to this Agreement, all full-time and part-time regular employees shall be entitled to compensation for twelve (12) holidays per year as listed below:

This is a day to be provided by the Employer within fifteen days either side of the actual birthdate. *Heritage Day will be observed on the second Monday in February each year. In the event that an additional holiday is brought about by legislation the Hospital's liability shall be limited to twelve paid holidays.
