To the extent you have been provided with a copy of this Award Agreement, the Plan or any other documents relating to this Award in a language other than English, the English language document will prevail in case of any ambiguity or divergence resulting from the translation of such documents.
Other Rules. Lessor reserves the right to make such other reasonable rules and regulations, including parking regulations, as in Lessor's judgment may from time to time be necessary for the safety, cleanliness and orderly operation of the leased premises for the benefit of all the tenants in the area. Lessee agrees to require its employees, executive, invitees and customers to abide by such results and regulations, including parking regulations.
Other Rules. (a) Tipping - For satisfactory service, the tip should equal 15-20% of the TOTAL BILL before the discount is subtracted.
