Parking Allowance. 28.1. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of staff parking.
Parking Allowance. Whenever it is necessary in the course of employment for an employee to have available his motor vehicle during the hours of employment, the department head shall request the County Services Committee's approval of parking reimbursement to be made on a monthly basis for said employee. Employees who are not required to drive their vehicle in the course of their employment, will be reimbursed up to a maximum of twenty dollars ($20.00) per month payable on a quarterly basis, provided the employee furnished satisfactory proof of payment. Employees are encouraged to use the CATA system and the Employer shall reimburse the employee for the same, provided the employee provides satisfactory proof of same to a maximum of twenty dollars ($20.00) per month. During the term of agreement, in the event that the City of Lansing parking ramps, in the greater downtown area, minimum parking rate exceeds twenty dollars ($20.00) per month the parties agree to immediately, upon the call of the other party, enter into negotiations on this section of the contract only.
Parking Allowance. The Employer will provide the Employee with a parking allowance of $150 per month.
Parking Allowance a) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of staff parking for employees at the Grande Prairie Airport with a Company Service Date prior to January 1, 2016. For employees hired January 1, 2016 or later, the Employer will pay fifty percent (50%) of the cost of staff parking.
Parking Allowance. Each employee shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary parking fees paid by him/her for use of his/her automobile in the course of his/her employment. Requests for reimbursement shall be submitted on a monthly basis.
Parking Allowance. 33.01 The Employer will sell employee parking at cost in the adjacent parking lot to any employee for a scheduled shift.
Parking Allowance. Where an employee’s shift or call out finishes after 9pm and before 6am, and secured paid parking is available the employer will reimburse the cost incurred for the use of such parking.
Parking Allowance. In the event that employees utilize the CATA bus service and are not provided free parking by the County at their place of work, under those circumstances, the EMPLOYER shall reimburse these employees upon satisfactory proof of purchase of bus passes. In no event shall reimbursement for bus passes exceed the parking reimbursement amount.
Parking Allowance a) In the event the Red Deer Regional Airport Authority introduces a charge for e mployees parking at the airport, the Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost for employees with a Company Service Date prior to Ja nuary 1, 2016 and fifty percent (50%) of the cost for employees with a Company Service Date of January 1, 2016 or later.
