If either a xxxxxx and/or its party and/or visitor accidentally stands on a photo and/or video that was recorded for an image in an Oasis publication and/or displayed on our websites, it will be assumed that the person gave his/her consent to the use of the photo and/or video in the publication and/or websites suspected, even if he/she is recognizable in the photo and/or video. The images of the Oasis publications and websites cannot be held.

Unless differently agreed upon written request, the client acknowledges that all photographs taken during the tour can be publicly displayed. Senja Experience AS does not sell the ownership nor the copyrights of an image, but only the license to use it. The re-distribution of our photos, or the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format is not allowed without an extended or special license. You may not lease, sell or re-distribute, publish or use for any commercial or public purpose any Senja Experience AS images unless an extended license for product resale or a special license with free rights for the image was purchased. You can use Senja Experience AS images for any personal projects without time, location, or number constraints. All Senja Experience AS images are provided as downloadable JPG files. We do NOT sell hard copies nor any kind of prints unless differently agreed upon private requests. Our Northern lights tours includes 3 (three) photographs from the excursion per person. You are not allowed to use Senja Experience AS images in any way that places the photographer or people in the photo in a bad light. You are not allowed to use Senja Experience AS images in any manner that is considered libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or illegal. Guests Responsibilities The customer is responsible to inform us about any health issues or/and mobility limitations. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Guests are also responsible for selecting the tour accordingly to their interests. We also demand that Norwegian law is respected. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Our customers are responsible for selecting a trip that is suitable according to their interests and abilities. If there are any uncertainty about this, feel free to contact us. Our customers are responsible for wearing the right kind of clothing and equipment adapted to our Arctic climate. We are thinking particularly of thermal underwear, warm shoes, mittens, scarf, and windproof outerwear. You do not need windproof clothing on our northern lights trips. The thermal suit is warm and windproof enough. Use of gloves is not desirable for our winter trips, since we have not yet experienced a glove that can keep your fingers warm when it's winter here in the north.
