Plan 1. On or after the: Annual Entitlement Personal Leave Hours (permanent full-time or probationary) First vacation anniversary (January 01) 120 hours 40 hours Seventh (7th) vacation anniversary 160 hours 40 hours Twentieth (20th ) vacation anniversary 200 hours 40 hours Employees on this vacation scheme will be eligible for 40 hours of Personal Leave Hours annually, at the beginning of each calendar year. Personal Leave Hours will be pro-rated dependent on an employee’s start date. Employees that are eligible for Personal Leave Hours will not be eligible for the Provisions of Letter #5, Leave for Personal and Family Related Responsibilities. Personal Leave Hours must be used by December 31 of the year they are earned. They cannot be carried over to the next year. Personal Leave Hours are intended to give employees greater flexibility in meeting work/life priorities, and can be taken for any reason including emergent situations, partially or all at once, subject to operational requirements.   • Plan B The Trustees are directed to modify Plan B in a similar manner and with similar effect as in Plan A. In addition, the existing provisions governing the operation of Plan B shall continue as follows:

  • Plan A An employee shall receive Maternity Leave of seventeen (17) weeks and Parental Leave of thirty-seven (37) weeks without pay, subject to the following conditions:

  • Plan The Award and all rights of the Participant under this Agreement are subject to the terms and conditions of the provisions of the Plan, incorporated herein by reference.   • Deferral Plan The deferral portion of the plan shall involve an employee spreading four (4) years' salary over a five (5) year period, or such other schedule as may be mutually agreed between the employee and the Hospital. In the case of the four (4) years' salary over a five (5) year schedule, during the four (4) years of salary deferral, 20% of the employee's gross annual earnings will be deducted and held for the employee. Such deferred salary will not be accessible to the employee until the year of the leave or upon the collapse of the plan. In the case of another mutually agreed upon deferral schedule, the percentage of salary deferred shall be adjusted appropriately.

  • Incentive Program Members who are rated as either Level I, Level II or Level III in every phase of the Physical Fitness Test are eligible to participate in the Incentive Program.

  • Meal Plan The Student who resides in a university residence hall is required to purchase a full residential dining plan (commuter plans are not acceptable). The Student who resides in Bobcat Village may choose either a residential or a commuter plan, but is not obligated to make a dining plan purchase due to availability of kitchen in each apartment unit.

  • RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM A. A Retirement Incentive Program will be provided by the District based upon the conditions stipulated below:
