Program Changes. Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.
Program Changes. The Project Officer may at any time, by written order, make changes in the statement of work, provided such changes are within the general scope of the statement of work and provided further that the total cost of this Grant Agreement is not exceeded. The Project Officer and the Grantee shall mutually determine whether the ordered changes can be accomplished within the total Grant Agreement cost and the extent of change, if any, in delivery schedules required by the ordered changes. Failure of the Project Officer and the Grantee to arrive at such mutual determinations shall be a dispute concerning a question of fact within the meaning of the Paragraph 2 of this Appendix entitled "Grant Construction." The Project Officer may not change the scope of work or increase the total cost of this Grant Agreement.
Program Changes. I understand that the program is subject to modification or cancellation because of natural disasters, political instability, insufficient participation or other causes. I further understand that if one of these occurs, fees or expenses already expended on my behalf may not be refunded. I further understand that program fees and charges are based on current airfares, lodging rates and travel costs, which are subject to change and for which I am responsible. I further understand that if I leave the program for any reason there will be no refund of fees paid or expenses incurred. I further agree that if I lose connections or become detached from the program group or if I become sick or injured, I will at my own expense contact and reach the program group.
Program Changes. I understand and agree that, although SUNY will attempt to maintain the program as described in publications and brochures, SUNY reserves the right to change the program, including the itinerary, travel arrangements, or accommodations, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and that neither SUNY, its trustees, employees, or agents shall be responsible or liable for any expenses or losses that I may sustain because of these changes. SUNY reserves the right to cancel the program or any aspect thereof prior to, or after, departure. If cancellation of the program or an aspect thereof occurs after departure, SUNY may require that all participants return to the United States, prior to completion of the program. In the event that a program is cancelled after the start of the program, SUNY will refund only uncommitted and recoverable funds. I agree that any deviation from the design of the program’s content or format must be approved by SUNY.
Program Changes. I understand and agree that, although the University will attempt to maintain the Program as described in its publications, it reserves the right to change the Program, including the itinerary, travel arrangements, or accommodations, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and that the University shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses or losses that I may sustain because of such changes.
Program Changes. In the event that the Company cannot provide the agreed-upon services or level of services described in Exhibit A, the Company will notify FIU in writing as soon as it knows, but in no event later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Date of Departure shown on Exhibit A. If the change is not material, as determined solely in the discretion of FIU, this Agreement and the Program shall proceed as amended with appropriate adjustment, if any, of the price per participant. If the change is deemed by FIU to be material, FIU shall have the option to terminate the Program and this Agreement within five (5) business days of receipt of written notification from the Company. FIU shall provide such notification in writing to the Company to the address specified in this Agreement. If the Program and this Agreement are terminated, the Company shall refund all payments made under this Agreement within five (5) days of the Company’s receipt of notice of termination, except for those payments to which refunds cannot be obtained provided that the Company submits written documentation demonstrating why a refund could not be obtained. The Company has a duty to exercise the utmost diligence in obtaining any refunds of monies paid with regard to the Program if the Program and Agreement are terminated.
Program Changes. The Linux Foundation may, in its sole discretion, change the Program without notice. Such changes may include, without limitation, adding or deleting available Certifications and modifying Certification requirements, testing objectives, outlines, recommended training courses, and exams. It is your responsibility to keep informed of any such modifications and if applicable, to complete new requirements for maintaining and/or renewing Certification. If any Hyperledger Certification requirements are modified, this Agreement and your Hyperledger Certification may be terminated by The Linux Foundation without further notice, unless you adhere to any applicable Hyperledger Certification requirements.
Program Changes. I understand that District reserves the right at any time, prior to or during the Program, to make cancellations, changes or substitutions in case of emergency or changed conditions, or in the interest of the Program. Prior to Program departure, District further reserves the right to alter the costs in order to meet unexpected changes in air fares, hotels, or other living accommodations and the like (as the amount of fees is based on current tariff rates and expenses that are subject to change). I acknowledge that such alternates may create greater risks than the original plans. I further understand that should the Program, or any portion of the Program, be changed or cancelled, District shall have no responsibility beyond the possible refund of deposits made or monies paid to District by me. Minor alterations in the program will not result in refunds.
Program Changes. Partner agrees to review the information provided on the Partner Center on a regular basis, including information regarding this Agreement, the applicable Track Appendix(ices), Program Guides, and changes to any of the foregoing. Red Hat reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any compensation to Partner, to change the Tracks, Program fees, as well as any requirements, benefits or other features of the Program at any time. Any such changes become effective seven (7) days from the date of the written notice, which, notwithstanding Sections 15.2 and 16, may take the form of publication on the Partner Center. If Partner does not consent to such changes, Partner may terminate the Agreement pursuant to Section 13.1 and/or the applicable Track Appendix(ices) pursuant to the terms for terminating such Track Appendix(ices).
Program Changes. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the DLM Program at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to Applicant except as expressly stated herein. The Company will honor all written commitments made prior to the date of any such modification or termination, provided that requirements specified herein are satisfied.
