Public Holidays and Annual Leave. The following days shall be deemed holidays within the meaning of this agreement and shall be allowed without deduction of pay, namely, New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and all other days proclaimed as Public Holidays for the State. Annual Leave shall accrue in accordance with entitlements under the Transport Administration Xxx 0000.

Public Holidays and Annual Leave. If any award holiday falls within an officer's period of leave and is observed on a day which in the case of that officer would have been an ordinary working day, there shall be added to that period one day, being an ordinary working day, for each such holiday observed as aforesaid.
