Reasonable Effort. Subject to the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement, each of the parties to this Agreement will use commercially reasonable efforts to take promptly, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do promptly, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable laws and regulations to complete and make effective the transactions contemplated hereby, to obtain all necessary waivers, consents and approvals and to effect all necessary registrations and filings and to remove any injunctions or other impediments or delays, legal or otherwise, in order to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement for the purpose of securing to the parties to this Agreement the benefits contemplated by this Agreement.
Reasonable Effort. It means the reasonable and timely measures that a Transporter would have taken, according to the operational requirements of a Pipeline, to prevent a serious damage or its aggravation.
Reasonable Effort. It is understood that, in all situations, nurses scheduled to work will make a reasonable effort to report on time for their scheduled workday.

We will bring fire and light to places of darkness. ‐ Rebirth: o Upon encountering destruction or death, plant the seeds for regrowth. On great personal failure take ownership, change and arise like a phoenix, within reasonable effort. Loot Distribution and Payment ‐ Captain of the Guard will accept regular weekly payment of xxx GP for the length of the contract. Subject to promotion, merit increase and shared earnings from the party. ‐ Staff members under the Captain of the Guard will accept regular weekly payment of xxx GP for the length of the contract. ‐ Due to the nature of adventuring, delayed payment to the captain or staff members shall continue to accrue for no more than 3 months. If no payment or promise is received by the end of this date the contract is considered void. All services shall stop immediately. Reasonable Effort. Failure to make a reasonable effort to perform any type of emergency duties and/or responsibilities in any position when requested to do so by a Supervisor.
