Redevelopment Plan. The Redevelopment Plan has been duly authorized and adopted by the Borrower, remains in full force and effect and, except as disclosed to the Bank in writing, has not been amended, superseded or replaced.

Redevelopment Plan. The Project is and shall be in compliance with all of the terms of the Redevelopment Plan.
Redevelopment Plan. The Township adopted a Redevelopment Plan by Ordinance. The Project shall be developed in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan Exhibit “B” and the Developer’s Concept Plan provided by the Developer and attached hereto as Exhibit “C”. If required, the Township shall amend the Redevelopment Plan to permit the uses identified in Paragraph above. The Developer may request that the Township further amend the Redevelopment Plan as appropriate and necessary to construct the Project without the requirement of any variances or deviations, however, the Township shall not be required to adopt any amendment that may be requested by Developer. However, if the Township does not adopt the necessary amendments to the Redevelopment Plan, Developer shall have the option to terminate this Redevelopment Agreement.
Redevelopment Plan. The Redevelopment Plan has been properly adopted, the Redevelopment Project Area has been properly designated and tax increment financing has been properly adopted therein.

The Property is contemplated to be developed in accordance with the Concept Plat prepared by CEMCON and last revised on October 11, 2017. The development of the Property after completion of the Land Reclamation, Operations and Implementation Plan shall be the subject of plans and submittals A preconstruction meeting with Village representatives and review of the Soil Erosion Control measures shall be required prior to the start of each phase.

Redevelopment Plan. This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the Sky Harbor Center Redevelopment Area Plan, approved on April 24, 1985 by the City Council of the City of Phoenix by Resolution No. 16569, which is incorporated herein by this reference and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
Redevelopment Plan. This Agreement is made in accordance with, in implementation of, and subject to the redevelopment plan for the North Hollywood Redevelopment Project, which was approved and adopted on February 21, 1979 by Ordinance No. 152,030 of the City Council of the City of Los Angeles and most recently amended on October 2, 1997 by Ordinance No. 171,745. That Amended Redevelopment Plan for the North Hollywood Redevelopment Project (“Redevelopment Plan”) is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein. Any amendments hereafter to the Redevelopment Plan which change the uses or development permitted on the Site as described in this Agreement, or otherwise change the restrictions or controls that apply to the Site, or adversely affect or impair any of the rights or obligations of the Developer or the holder or beneficiary of any Mortgage obtained in accordance with Section .109 and Section 703 of this Agreement (a “Mortgagee”) shall not apply to the Developer or the Site without the prior written consent of the Developer and such Mortgagee, which may be withheld in their discretion. No other amendments to the Redevelopment Plan shall require the consent of the Developer or such Mortgagee.
Redevelopment Plan. The proposed Land Use Plan requires further environmental review under CEQA and, if necessary, NEPA, as well as other regulatory and governmental approvals. Ultimately, the Authority, the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors will approve a Redevelopment Plan for the Property. The Redevelopment Plan will define the boundaries of the project area and set forth land use guidelines for the plan area such as the basic land use designations and allowable land uses.
