Regular Payment. The Employer shall pay such contributions to the credit of each such Employee at least once each calendar month or in accordance with the requirements of the chosen Fund.

Regular Payment. The Employer will regularly pay the contributions outlined in clause 4.3.3 to the credit of each such Employee in accordance with the requirements of the Approved Fund Trust Deed, but in any event at least once in each calendar month. Where contributions have not been paid within 31 days from the end of the month in which the last Company contribution was made Employees may access the disputes procedure of this Agreement to rectify the lapse.

  • Principal Payment The Borrower shall fail to pay any principal of any Note when the same becomes due and payable as set forth in this Agreement;

The Subcontractor shall be bound by any adjudication or award in any action or proceeding resolving such a claim.
