Reimbursable Business Expenses. Employer may, in its sole discretion, agree to reimburse business expenses. The following requirements shall be met with respect to such reimbursable expenses:

Reimbursable Business Expenses. In addition to salary and other benefits, Innovex will advance or reimburse Employee for any ordinary, necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the course of his employment. Innovex shall reimburse the Employee upon his submission of any records and documentation required to substantiate said expenses.
Reimbursable Business Expenses. Whenever authorized to engage in or to undertake official business for the Employer, an employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses and travel. If practicable, the employee shall be allowed the use of a City vehicle for travel. If not practicable, reimbursement for authorized use of a personal automobile will be at the current rate established by Internal Revenue Service (IRS). It is recognized that the Employer has the right to promulgate reasonable regulations pertaining to reimbursement for expenses and travel. Where overnight lodging is provided at the City's expense, an employee will only be reimbursed for mileage to and from the training facility on one occasion each way unless otherwise approved or directed by the Chief. All other travel is considered to be non-work-related and non-reimbursable.
Reimbursable Business Expenses. In addition to salary and other benefits, subject to compliance with Innovex policy, Innovex (Thailand) Ltd will advance or reimburse Employee for any ordinary, necessary, and reasonable expenses incurred by Employee in the interest of Innovex (Thailand) Ltd. Innovex (Thailand) Ltd shall reimburse the Employee upon submission to Innovex (Thailand) Ltd of any records and documentation required by Innovex (Thailand) Ltd to substantiate said expenses.
Reimbursable Business Expenses. Innovex will advance or reimburse Xxxxx for any ordinary, necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by him in performing his duties to Innovex, including housing (reimbursed or Company provided) while providing services at the Company’s Thailand facilities, upon his submission of any records and documentation required to substantiate said expenses.
Reimbursable Business Expenses. (a) The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred by him in the course of performing the Services under this Agreement. To be reimbursable, such expenses must be consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, and will be subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.
