Returns Processing. Provide on-line and toll-free telephone support ------------------ for processing merchandise returns. Issue RA numbers, UPS call tags and the like. Verify, confirm and track returns. Issue credit card credits (or refunds or exchanges) to Customers promptly upon receipt of returned merchandise. Process returns of defective merchandise to recover from vendors.
Returns Processing. Upon its receipt of any Product return permitted under this Section 8, Ingram may debit Vendor’s account immediately in the amount of the Product purchase price plus all freight charges incurred by Ingram in receiving the Product. Upon entry of such debit, Vendor shall promptly xxxxx Xxxxxx a credit, or cash refund if no invoices are outstanding. Returned Products that are in salable condition (i.e. the Product’s packaging is unopened) shall be returned to Managed Inventory and will be managed by Ingram per the terms of this Agreement. Products that are not in resalable condition shall be returned to Vendor at a cost of $5 per unit plus any shipping and handling expenses. Ingram may request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) for all Products that are not resalable. In the event that an RMA for the [*** Confidential Treatment Requested] return of Product is not issued within five (5) days of the request, Ingram shall have the right to return any Products to Vendor without an RMA.
Returns Processing a. CellStar will process Customer returns from Retailers and other resellers, individual subscribers, and business Customers through its X.X. Xxxxxxx system and PBMS' Customer Care and Order Processing systems. b. PBMS will be responsible for setting the appropriate standard cost value of the A and B and discard stock items in the inventory master file. CellStar will determine the value of the returned products based on the returns procedures set forth in the Procedures Manual. CellStar will xxxx PBMS for any inventory writedown from A to B or discard stock value.
Returns Processing. Xxx.xxx will handle returns processing ------------------ from Xxx.xxx's customers.
Returns Processing. 1. Buyer shall assume all returns liabilities for returns initiated as of a mutually agreeable date. Seller is responsible for the costs, if any, associated with all Seller authorized returns for sales made and delivered on Seller owned purchase orders. Seller shall have the right to refuse the return authorization. Seller shall give Buyer ten (10) days notice before refusing a customer request for authorization.
Returns Processing. 4.31.1 DAC will provide to end-users the terms and conditions for returns as defined by HP Returns will be managed by the DAC TSRs at DAC for launch. The TSR will issue an RMA authorizing return of product to DAC under the program name. Returns policies are provided in Attachment 4.31, appended hereto.
Returns Processing. During the Term, IPD as outlined in the 2nd Amendment, through its ACME division, shall pick up full copy returns of all unsold magazines of all B&N magazine distributors, on a timetable to be mutually agreed upon by IPD and B&N. IPD shall process returns by either (i) count (for those stores as agreed by the parties hereto) or (ii) calculation based on scanned sales data. IPD shall also pick up stripped mass market paperback bodies from all B&N stores. In the instance of returns calculations with respect to the unsold magazines, such calculations shall be made on the basis of the number of invoiced copies less scanned sales copies, and shall be performed by title and issue, after a mutually agreed upon (by the parties hereto) number of days following the “off-sale” date of that title. Until March 31, 2010, but only for so long as B&N’s magazine distributor does not also process returns, Acme shall have the exclusive right to process magazine returns on behalf of all B&N magazine distributors at a unit price of [***] only on the counted portion of those returns. The exclusivity set forth in the foregoing sentence shall apply only so long as IPD continues to supply magazines to B&N and B&N shall have no obligation to use ACME as its exclusive returns processor if IPD ceases to supply magazines to B&N (through termination of this Agreement or otherwise).
Returns Processing. (a) Supplier will process returns of Products in accordance with this Section 7.15.

As part of this amendment IPD, through its Acme division, agrees that during the Term it will pick up and process full copy returns of all unsold magazines of all B&N magazine distributors, on a timetable to be mutually agreed upon by IPD and B&N. IPD also agrees to pickup unsold paperback books from B&N stores within its truck footprint. Until March 31, 2010, but only for so long as B&N uses a returns processor other than it's magazine distributor, Acme shall have the exclusive right to process magazine returns on behalf of all B&N magazine distributors in accordance with the pricing schedule listed in Exhibit C to this Amendment.
Returns Processing. Xxxxxx Book will accept returned ------------------- Product from Internet Infinity, Inc. When credit is due Internet Infinity, Inc.'s account, Xxxxxx Book will issue a credit memo.
