Safety Clothing. The Employer will continue to supply aprons, goggles, gloves, and rubber pants for the use of warehouse employees where such equipment is required in the interest of safety. If other safety items become mandatory, under the Workers' Compensation Board regulations, for particular sections of the warehouse, the Employer will provide such items as plant issue.
Safety Clothing. Employees who work in positions that subject them to hazardous outdoor working conditions (parks and public works maintenance crews) shall be provided shirts and jackets that meet traffic safety specifications. Employees will be responsible for cleaning items that can be laundered using a household washer and dryer.

All plastic hardhats, rubber gloves, liners, rubber boots, and other necessary rubber or plastic equipment used for the protection of employees working on live equipment, chemicals, or sand blasting equipment are to be furnished by the Municipality and shall be used by the employee(s) at all appropriate times. It shall be the duty of the line xxxxxxx to ensure that all protective devices for handling high voltages are kept clean and in good condition. Rubber gloves shall be tested and cared for in accordance with OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910-137 “Electrical Protective Equipment,” the most recent ASTM Standard on “Electrical Protective Equipment for Workers,” and ML&P’s SOP 0-207 “Care and Use of Electrical Rubber Protective Equipment.” Hand lines and tackle shall be kept in good repair. The Municipality will provide flame-retardant clothing that is required by law.

The Company will provide the following at no expense to the employee: › Safety Glasses I Hearing Protection, › Rain Gear, Winter & Summer gear and gloves of a reasonable quality and fit, › Hard hats and safety vests for job use where required, › The Company will provide each employee annually quality work boots that meet the company safety specifications, › Work gloves as required, and, › Replacement of damaged boots or clothing.

Safety Clothing. The Company shall provide all safety personal protective equipment (PPE) where required at no cost to the employee. In addition, the Company shall pay two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars, every three months beginning on September 1, 2011. This money is intended for the purchase of the following clothing by the employees: jacket and pants (winter and summer) coveralls (winter and summer) gloves work boots (including metatarsal guards) rubber boots (including metatarsal guards) long sleeve shirts hoodies hat liners
Safety Clothing. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Company agrees to continue to provide safety clothing in accordance with Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) and current legislation on an as needed basis as determined by the Company and in accordance with the current Safety Clothing Policy Document No. FO‐1 Feb 16, 2016.
Safety Clothing. (a) Coveralls or smocks shall be provided to employees by the Company. Laundering shall be paid for by the Company.
