Saturday Sunday. Should one of these holidays fall on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the holiday, and work on such Sunday shall not be compensated for under the holiday pay rules. Learning activities should include: individual and group counseling, client assessment/evaluation, client advocacy, client assistance, documentation, attendance at the agency’s required meetings, and other related services that facilitate the development of rehabilitation and mental health counseling skills.
