Section 5.3.2. 2 Rest periods, pursuant to Sections 5.3.1 and 5.4 herein, shall not be utilized as compensatory 3 early release time technique or in any other manner than as a compensated rest period during the 4 employee's assigned shift.
Section 5.3.2. Each Person that becomes party hereto after the date hereof as a Lender (x) represents and warrants, as of the date such Person became a Lender party hereto, to, and (y) covenants, from the date such Person became a Lender party hereto to the date such Person ceases being a Lender party hereto, for the benefit of, the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates, and not, for the avoidance of doubt, to or for the benefit of Obligors, that at least one of the following is and will be true: SECTION 533. such Lender is not using “plan assets” (within the meaning of Section 3(42) of ERISA or otherwise) of one or more Employee Benefit Plans with respect to such Lender’s entrance into, participation in, administration of and performance of the Loans, the Notes or this Agreement;
Section 5.3.2. 40 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall require an employee to join the Association or 41 continue Association membership if the employee objects to such membership based on 42 bona fide religious tenets or teachings of a church or religious body of which such employee is
Section 5.3.2. 10 The Union may use District buildings for meetings during nonworking hours as per District 11 policy. The Union representative shall obtain approval from building administration prior to 12 using such buildings. The Union shall have the right to use the District’s standard office
Section 5.3.2. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall require an employee to join the Association 8 or continue Association membership if the employee objects to such membership based on bona fide 9 religious tenets or teachings of a church or religious body of which such employee is a member. Such 10 employee shall pay an amount equivalent to normal dues to a non-religious charitable organization 11 mutually agreed upon by the employee and the Association.
