The Company may post local driver which includes a Sunday as a regular work day. Employees working on such bids will not receive the double time pay. If an employee works beyond eight hours on any of the named holidays, he shall be paid at the rate of time and on half for all hours worked, and in addition shall receive holi- day bonus pay as set forth in based on the number of overtime hours worked. If such an employee works on: New Year’s Day, or Good Friday, or Victoria Day, or Thanksgiving Day, or Remembrance Day, any such time worked shall be classed as straight time. The hourly rate of pay shall be the hourly earning rate for the job occupied, and if the job carries an incentive or piece work rate, the rate of pay will be based on the actual production of that day. STATUTORY HOLIDAYS.
