Common use of Violation of Law Clause in Contracts

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any Applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) Company, any Participant, Subordination Agent, or the Indenture Trustee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Indenture.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the ---------------- date of this Agreement in any Applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law law for (a) CompanyLessee, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of a Loan Participant, to acquire an its Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Indenture.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of ---------------- this Agreement in any Applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law law for (a) Company, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Lender or the Indenture Trustee Borrower to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any either of them is a party or (b) any Participant Lender to make Loan B to the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the IndentureBorrower.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any Applicable applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) CompanyOwner, any ParticipantPass Through Trustee, Subordination Agent, Agent or the Indenture Trustee Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant Pass Through Trustee to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available orloan contemplated by Section 2.1, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indenture.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any Applicable applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) CompanyOwner, any ParticipantApplicable Pass Through Trustee, Subordination Agent, Agent or the Indenture Trustee Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant Applicable Pass Through Trustee to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available orloan contemplated by Section 2.1, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indenture.. _______________

No change shall have occurred occurs after the date of this Agreement in any Applicable applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) CompanyBorrower, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Lender or WFB (in its individual capacity and/or as the Indenture Trustee Applicable Mortgagee) to execute, deliver deliver, and perform the Applicable Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant Lender to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, loan contemplated to acquire an Equipment Note be made by it pursuant to Section 2.1 or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the IndentureApplicable Mortgage.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred occurs after the date of this Agreement in any Applicable applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) CompanyBorrower, any ParticipantHoldings, Subordination Agent, such Lender or WFB (in its individual capacity and/or as the Indenture Trustee Applicable Mortgagee) to execute, deliver deliver, and perform the Applicable Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant such Lender to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, loan contemplated to acquire an Equipment Note be made by it pursuant to Section 2.1 or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the IndentureApplicable Mortgage.

Violation of Law. Violation of Law.
