Wearing Uniforms. Communication Technicians who have been issued uniform items shall wear the uniform in compliance with the Sheriff's regulations. Business casual civilian attire may be worn at work on Fridays and all holidays recognized by the County, subject to the charitable donation requirement. (For example, Christmas Day would be from 11:00 PM on December 24th to 11:00 PM on December 25th.)
Wearing Uniforms. Classification Specialists who have been issued uniform items shall wear the uniform in compliance with the Sheriff's regulations. Deviations from the uniform may be made with prior approval from the employee’s chain of command and approval by the Sheriff or his designee.

The City will pay the uniform allowance in the payroll that includes September 1 of each year.   • Casual Nurse is a Nurse in an employment relationship which is not regular. A Casual Nurse may be offered work as outlined in this Agreement. The Employer may offer work to a Casual Nurse at the Employer’s discretion subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Once a Casual Nurse accepts a work assignment including a scheduled extra shift, a relief shift, a Temporary Position, a period of Stand-By or a Call Back during a Stand-By, the Casual Nurse is obligated to work. Except where specifically excluded, the provisions of the Collective Agreement apply to a Casual Nurse.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Cosmetic Surgery Any non-medically necessary surgery or procedure whose primary purpose is to improve or change the appearance of any portion of the body to improve self-esteem, but which does not restore bodily function, correct a diseased state, physical appearance, or disfigurement caused by an accident, birth defect, or correct or naturally improve a physiological function. Cosmetic Surgery includes, but is not limited to, ear piercing, rhinoplasty, lipectomy, surgery for sagging or extra skin, any augmentation or reduction procedures (e.g., mammoplasty, liposuction, keloids, rhinoplasty and associated surgery) or treatment relating to the consequences or as a result of Cosmetic Surgery.

  • UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT Section 1. The City shall provide and replace sufficient uniforms for uniformed employees where uniforms are required.
