This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of January 8, 2022, by and between GOLDEN HEAVEN GROUP HOLDINGS LTD., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Jinguang Gong, an individual (the “Executive”).
