Examples of A Member in a sentence
A Member may refuse any recommended services to the extent permitted by law.
A Member dissatisfied with the results of the internal grievance procedures may be entitled to request an external review from the Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation as provided in 2000 PA 251 (MCLA 550.1901 et seq., as amended), or may file suit in a court having jurisdiction as set forth in Section 12.
