Accommodation Fee means the fee to be paid by you or on your behalf to the College for accommodation under clause 10.

In such cases, the Accommodation Fee Cancellation Charges shall apply as set out in paragraph 7(a).

More Definitions of Accommodation Fee

Accommodation Fee means the fee payable as stated in the offer confirmation, in respect of the Student's Residence in the Accommodation and which is payable by the Student to the College during the Period of Letting. The Accommodation fee is payable in advance, either in full on or before moving into accommodation or by termly or monthly instalments by debit/credit card (by setting up a payment plan on the online store). Period of Letting means the period granted by this Agreement starting and ending on the dates stated in the offer confirmation. Regulations means the Residential Halls Agreement issued by the College prior to the period of let and amended from time to time and the Residential Handbook. Student / Resident means the person who has been offered the Accommodation through the offer confirmation who is a student who has been accepted for a course of study at the College and who has been offered and has accepted Accommodation by the College.

Accommodation Fee means the amount that the Guest is required to pay for the use of the Property, such amount being described in this Agreement or as specified by the Host.

Accommodation Fee means the total of those amounts referred to in the Payment Schedule; "Building Common Areas" means the entrance hall, stairs, corridors, laundry, courtyard, lifts, bicycle store and any other common areas in the Building provided for the benefit of all tenants;
