Approval Rights definition

Approval Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(d) of this Agreement.

Approval Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2 hereof.

Each Member shall have Approval Rights appurtenant to its Membership Interest unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, unless such Member is only an Economic Interest Owner, or unless any of its predecessors in interest with respect to its Membership Interest was an Economic Interest Owner only.
