Auditing Party definition

Auditing Party means the Party conducting an audit of the Audited Party’s books, records, data and other documents.
Auditing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6.
Auditing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

Examples of Auditing Party in a sentence

  • Auditing Party shall insure that the independent auditor executes a nondisclosure agreement in a form agreed upon by the Parties prior to engaging in any audit work.

  • The audit shall be performed by independent certified public accountants selected and paid by the Auditing Party.

  • The audit shall take place at a time and place agreed upon by the Parties; provided, that the Auditing Party may require that the audit commence no later than sixty (60) days after the Auditing Party has given notice of the audit to the Audited Party.

  • Such audits may be performed once in each Contract Year; provided, however, that audits may be conducted more frequently (but no more frequently than once in each contract quarter) if the immediately preceding audit found previously uncorrected net inaccuracies in billing in favor of the Auditing Party having an aggregate value of at least $50,000.

  • Audits shall be performed at the Auditing Party’s expense, unless the audit found billing errors or inaccuracies in favor of the Auditing Party, in which case the Audited Party shall reimburse the Auditing Party for its expense in performing said audit.
