Disputing Parties definition

Disputing Parties means the claimant and the respondent;
Disputing Parties shall have the meaning given to such term in Clause 12.1;
Disputing Parties has the meaning attributed to such term in Clause 15.1. “DP ID” shall mean the depository participant’s identity number.

Examples of Disputing Parties in a sentence

  • The Claimant shall organise a meeting in person or by conference call or video- conference of representatives of each of the Disputing Parties.

  • The Disputing Parties shall endeavour within five (5) Business Days of such notice to agree upon the selection of an Expert and may meet for this purpose.
