Authority’s Representative definition

Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

Authority’s Representative means any person nominated by the Authority from time to time to be its representative for any matters relating to this Agreement.

Examples of Authority’s Representative in a sentence

• If the Authority’s Representative is unable to access that design database, the Contractor shall procure that the database is made available as soon as reasonably practicable for inspection by the Authority’s Representative or any person authorised by the Authority’s Representative.

• The Contractor shall be entitled to treat any act of the Authority’s Representative in connection with this Agreement as being expressly authorised by the Authority (save where the Authority has notified the Contractor that such authority has been revoked) and the Contractor shall not be required to determine whether any express authority has in fact been given.

• The Contractor shall allow the Authority’s Representative at any time a reasonable opportunity to view any items of Design Data, which shall be made available to the Authority’s Representative as soon as reasonably practicable following receipt of any written request from the Authority’s Representative.

• The Contractor shall procure that the Building Contractor establishes and maintains a computerised design database which the Contractor’s Representative and the Authority’s Representative may access remotely by computer to view drawings comprised within the Design Data (including Reviewable Design Data) and electronically store and print copies of such Design Data.

• Within eight (8) Business Days after the date of issue of the Certificate of Substantial Completion for a Phase, the Authority’s Representative shall deliver engrossments of the counterpart Lease for the Site relevant to that Phase to the Contractor.

More Definitions of Authority’s Representative

Authority’s Representative means the person appointed by the Authority and listed in Clause 3.2 or otherwise notified in writing by the Authority to the Contractor from time to time;

Authority’s Representative. The person named in paragraph 1 of the Contacts Schedule, subject to the provisions of condition 5.
