Examples of Finance Charge Collections in a sentence
If, on any Distribution Date, the sum of the Investor Default Amount and any Uncovered Dilution Amount for such Distribution Date exceeds the amount of Available Finance Charge Collections allocated with respect thereto pursuant to Section 4.04(a)(v) with respect to such Distribution Date, the Collateral Amount will be reduced (but not below zero) by the amount of such excess (such reduction, an “Investor Charge-Off”).
Excess Finance Charge Collections with respect to Group One shall be allocated to Series 2024-1 in accordance with this Section 4.07, without regard to whether the Rating Agency Condition has been met for purposes of the definition of “Portfolio Yield.” On each Transfer Date, Indenture Trustee, at the written direction of the Servicer, shall deposit Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2024-1 to the Finance Charge Account prior to the applications to be made pursuant to Section 4.04.
If the remaining Excess Finance Charge Collections do not exceed the aggregate amount of such unpaid fees, the remaining Excess Finance Charge Collections shall be allocated among the Group One Excess Allocation Series pro rata based on the amount of unpaid excess servicing fees for each such Series.
