Bancorp Disclosure Schedule definition

Bancorp Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule, dated the date of this Agreement, delivered by Bancorp to FMS contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and as the same may be amended from time to time after the date of this Agreement and prior to the Closing Date in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Bancorp Disclosure Schedule means the writing, together with its written attachments, identified as the "Bancorp Disclosure Schedule" by Bancorp. The Bancorp Disclosure Schedule was delivered to Buyer in final and complete form, subject to the obligations of Bancorp under Section 7.7 hereof, not less than five (5) Business Days prior to Bancorp's execution of this Agreement.
Bancorp Disclosure Schedule means the agreements, lists, instruments and other documentation described or referred to in this Agreement as being included in the Bancorp Disclosure Schedule. The inclusion of a fact, circumstance or event in the Bancorp Disclosure Schedule shall not be deemed an admission by Bancorp that such item represents a material exception or that such item is reasonably likely to result in a Bancorp Material Adverse Effect. Subject to the requirement that all disclosures made in the Bancorp Disclosure Schedule include appropriate cross-references to the section(s) of this Agreement to which such disclosure is responsive, any matter disclosed in the Bancorp Disclosure Schedule pursuant to one section of this Article IV shall be ---------- deemed disclosed for all cross-referenced sections of Article IV. ----------
