Bearer Note means a Note that is in bearer form, and includes any replacement Bearer Note issued pursuant to the Conditions and any temporary Global Note or permanent Global Note;

• If this Temporary Global Note is an Exchangeable Bearer Note, this Temporary Global Note may be exchanged in whole or from time to time in part for one or more Registered Notes in accordance with the Conditions on or after the Issue Date but before the Exchange Date referred to below by its presentation to the Fiscal Agent.

• The Issuers, the Guarantor and the Paying Agents will (except as otherwise required by law) deem and treat the bearer of any Bearer Note or Coupon or the registered holder of any Registered Note as the absolute owner thereof (whether or not overdue and notwithstanding any notice of ownership or writing thereon or notice of any previous loss or theft thereof) for all purposes but, in the case of any Global Note, without prejudice to the provisions set out in the next succeeding paragraph.
