Bond Documents definition

Bond Documents means the Financing Documents and all other agreements, certificates, documents and instruments delivered in connection with any of the Financing Documents.

More Definitions of Bond Documents

Bond Documents means, collectively, the Bonds, this Indenture, the Agreement, the Security Documents and all other documents, instruments and agreements now or hereafter evidencing, governing, securing or otherwise pertaining to the Bond Loan or the Bonds or otherwise executed and delivered by or on behalf of the Company or any other party in connection with the Bond Loan or the Bonds or any of the foregoing documents, together with all amendments, modifications, renewals, substitutions and replacements of or to any of the foregoing.
Bond Documents means, with respect to any Bonds, any trust indenture or similar document pursuant to which such Bonds are issued and any loan agreement, promissory note or similar document that provides security or a source of funding for the debt service on such Bonds.
Bond Documents means, collectively, the Sale Agreement, the Note, the Remarketing Agreement, the Tender Agency Agreement, the Indenture, the Security Instruments and the Bonds, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with their respective terms.
