Charter school means an independent public school
Public charter school means a public school that:
IMO means the International Maritime Organization;
Companies Law means the Companies Law (2018 Revision) of the Cayman Islands, as amended from time to time.
the Companies Act means the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda as may from time to time be amended;
Charter means the Corporation’s certificate or articles of incorporation, articles of association, or similar organizational document.

Company Law means the Companies Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands.
CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Public school means any institution or activity operated by
Articles of Association means the articles of association of the Company, as amended from time to time.
Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
Memorandum of Association means the memorandum of association of the Company, as amended or substituted from time to time;
CVM means the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, the Brazilian National Securities Commission, or any successor governmental agency in Brazil.
Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Companies Act means the Companies Act, 71 of 2008;
Corporations Law means the Corporations Law of the Commonwealth of Australia as applying in each State and Territory of Australia;
CCC means Customer Care Centre
CBCA means the Canada Business Corporations Act.
