City Approval definition

City Approval means any approval by a City Agency of a City Application relating to the Project.
City Approval shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.1. "City Council" shall have the meaning set forth in Recital K.
City Approval means the City’s approval, in writing, of the change in ownership of Company resulting from Buyer’s purchase of the Purchased Interest hereunder.
