Class C Preferred Stock definition

Class C Preferred Stock means the Class C Preferred Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Company.

Class C Preferred Stock means the Issuer’s Preferred Stock, Series C.

Class C Preferred Stock means capital stock, issued in one or more series, having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class C Preferred Stock in the Charter and these Bylaws.

The number of issued and outstanding shares of Class C Preferred Stock as of the Effective Date shall be ten (10), and the number of authorized shares as of the Effective Date shall be ten (10). Class C Preferred Stock means 26,941,933 shares of Class C Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.
