COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the six-month anniversary thereof; provided, however, that in the event the Qualifying Termination occurs on or within 24 months following a Change in Control, then the COBRA Period instead shall end on the 12-month anniversary thereof.
COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first anniversary thereof.

Examples of COBRA Period in a sentence
For purposes of this Agreement, “COBRA Period” shall mean the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the nine (9)-month anniversary thereof, and in all events, if the Executive becomes eligible to participate in the “group health plan” of any subsequent employer, then the COBRA Period shall instead terminate at the end of the calendar month in which such eligibility begins (and the Executive agrees to give the Company prompt written notice of such eligibility).
More Definitions of COBRA Period
COBRA Period means the number of months during which the Participant is entitled to COBRA Premium Payments, determined in accordance with Exhibit A or Exhibit B attached hereto, as applicable.
COBRA Period means (i) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, the number of months set forth in Section 4(a)(iii) and (ii) in the case of a Covered Termination that is not a Change in Control Termination, (x) in the case of an Executive Participant, six (6) months and (y) in the case of a Participant who is not an Executive Participant, zero (0) months.
COBRA Period means, with respect to a Participant, the lesser of (a) the Severance Period, and (b) the 18-month period following the Termination Date.
