Compensatory Time means time off with pay for authorized overtime worked in lieu of hourly wages, calculated in accordance with Article 15 of this Agreement.
Compensatory Time. Time off with pay at the base hourly rate to which an employee is entitled, as provided for in this Memorandum, instead of cash compensation. More Definitions of Compensatory Time
Compensatory Time is defined as the performance of substitute service in the classroom during the employee’s assigned preparation periods or other duties as deemed necessary by the Principal or designee in exchange for compensatory time off.
Compensatory Time means that time off to which an employee may be entitled by reason of the employee having worked gap hours and/or overtime hours as defined herein, and for which an employee would otherwise be entitled to receive regular pay and/ or overtime pay. An employee’s compensatory time off for gap hours worked shall be computed at an hour for hour basis. Compensatory time off for overtime hours worked shall be computed at a rate of one and one half compensatory time for each hour of overtime hours accrued. An employee shall receive compensatory time off for gap hours and/or overtime hours in lieu of gap and/or overtime pay.
