Examples of Contract Year in a sentence
Contract Year – The full twelve (12) month period commencing on the effective date and ending on the day immediately prior to the first anniversary thereof and each full consecutive twelve (12) month period thereafter during which the Agreement remains in effect.
Subject to the provisions of Section 9.1, during each Contract Year, the Guaranteed Fund will be credited with daily interest at an effective annual rate of interest.
In consideration of the services described in Section 201, CHESHIRE annually on July 1, or within thirty (30) days thereafter will pay to WATERBURY, the Estimated Service Charge for the upcoming Contract Year, together with the amount of any shortfall from the previous Contract Year.
