Covered Employees definition

Covered Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).
Covered Employees means all employees and agents of the Company who are responsible for performing, supervising, overseeing, or managing activities related to the maintenance of online political files, as required by the Political Record- Keeping Statute and Rule.
Covered Employees means those persons who are subject to the limitations of Code Section 162(m).

Examples of Covered Employees in a sentence

  • At least twenty (20) days prior to the Closing Date, except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, Buyer or one of its Affiliates shall make a written offer of employment, effective as of the Closing Date and contingent upon the Closing, to each of the Covered Employees not employed by a Transferred Entity.

  • Any Covered Employee who becomes employed by Buyer or one of its Affiliates in accordance with this Section 6.10(a) is referred to as a “Transferred Employee.” With respect to union-represented Covered Employees, such offers shall be consistent with the terms and conditions required by the governing Modified Labor Agreements, if any and to the extent such agreements are applicable.

More Definitions of Covered Employees

Covered Employees means those persons who the Committee determines are subject to the limitations of Section 162(m) of the Code.

Covered Employees means all employees and agents of Shentel who perform, supervise, oversee, or manage the performance of, duties that relate to Shentel’s responsibilities under the Communications Laws, including the 911 Rules.
