Custom Development definition

Custom Development means that CLIENT contracts IMAGETREND through a signed and accepted Statement of Work to customize the software. Each CLIENT shall have the non-exclusive license to utilize such software. Such software may then become a part of the core product and be distributed. Custom Development may require ongoing support and/or hosting and shall be subject to support and/or hosting fee increases. IMAGETREND maintains ownership of all Custom Development.
Custom Development means the modifications, extensions and other enhancements to the Software or Vendor-Provided Hardware to be developed by the Vendor for the City pursuant to this Contract.
Custom Development means any Deliverable provided in the form of Software that is independently developed from the Product.

Examples of Custom Development in a sentence

  • EoD Services do not include: (i) reaction on Licensee incidents as these are covered under the Support Schedule to the License Agreement; or (ii) non-standard software received from SAP’s Custom Development organization.

  • Corrections or issue resolution for Licensee custom code may be provided by SAP Custom Development under a separate agreement.

  • EoD Services do not include: (i) reaction on Licensee support messages as these are covered under the Support Schedule to the Software License Agreement; or (ii) non-standard software received from SAP’s Custom Development organization.

  • Custom Development Services will only be provided in accordance with the specifications set out in the applicable Order Form and Scoping Document and are subject to additional Fees.

  • The following types of incidents are excluded from customer response levels as described above: (i) incidents regarding a release, version and/or functionalities of SAP Cloud Services developed specifically for customer (including those developed by SAP Custom Development and/or by SAP subsidiaries, or individual content services); (ii) the root cause behind the incident is not a malfunction, but missing functionality (“development request”) or the incident is ascribed to a consulting request (“how-to”).


More Definitions of Custom Development

Custom Development means the development of features that will be deemed proprietary to Client and not available for use by other HCHB clients without the express prior written consent of Client. Such services may include custom features within any of the various Licensed Software modules.
Custom Development means: (a) any hardware, software, systems, documentation, trade-marks, Confidential Information or other information or intellectual property (including business rules and business processes) that is or has been created or developed by Supplier (whether alone or jointly with one or more Persons) or created or developed for Supplier by another Person, in the performance of Supplier’s obligations set out in this Agreement and at the request of the Province pursuant to a SOW that states that such materials are to be the property of the Province, including all modifications or other Changes made thereto; and (b) any modifications, improvement, enhancements or other changes to or derivative works created or developed from a Custom Development referred to in (a) or from any other Province IP; provided in each case, however, that the Province has paid directly or indirectly for such intellectual property other than through the payment of Base Fees and Usage Fees (as such terms are defined in the Effective Date SOW).
Custom Development means a custom Development created by Provider specifically to facilitate the implementation of the Provider Protocol with and into the Customer Protocol and which does not have general applicability for solutions other than the Provider Protocol.
Custom Development has the meaning given in Section 13.3 of these General Terms and Conditions.
Custom Development means the development of features and functionality that is done at Client's request and is in conjunction with a unique Client concept or unique Client service offering.

Custom Development means alterations to the Standard Modules requested the Department to meet specific needs that cannot be achieved in the configurable system settings. Custom Development is done as a fixed rate addendum to the Environmental Health Software Licensing and Service agreement.
