More Definitions of Development Works

Development Works means all investigative, monitoring, surveying, engineering, excavation, remediation, removal, construction, civil, infrastructure or other works associated with the development of the Xxxxxx Project and whether undertaken by (or at the request of) the Vendor or by other owners of land within the Development Site from time to time, and includes for avoidance of doubt, the Infrastructure Works.
